Description: Walk Lake Wallenpaupack, while hiking the trail one gets a sense of the magnificence and magnitude of Lake Wallenpaupack. Visitors walking the trail are awed by its natural beauty and scenic wonders. The 5,700 acre lake is a treasure and considered the "crown jewel" of the Poconos.
The trailhead starts at the parking lot just a few hundred meters south of the Route 6 & Route 507 interchange on 507. The trail runs north along the top of the PPL dike 3/10's of a mile and then past the new Lake Wallenpaupack Visitor Center
