The Main Street Farmers’ Market at The Cooperage, 1030 Main Street in Honesdale will reopen for it’s 8th season on Wednesday, June 3rd. The market will run from 3:00 to 6:00pm every Wednesday, June 3rd through October 28th. What’s new this year? An extra hour of shopping time. This additional hour will give new shoppers the opportunity to visit the market, and give returning Main Street Market goers a larger window of time to run their errands. Stop by and browse a variety of locally grown, seasonal and fresh vegetables and fruits, meats, eggs, fresh cut flowers, bedding plants, breads, pastries, jams & jellies. Venders starting off the season include The Anthill Farm, Safford Farm, Quails-R-Us and Beach Lake Bakery. You will also find The Market Café featuring the Anthill Farm Kitchen.
The purpose of the Volunteer Thank You Potluck is to make sure that everyone involved with the Lock 31, D&H Canal Park knows how much the Wayne County Historical Society appreciates them. If you helped with the Lock 31, D&H Canal Park this year, please call the Main Museum at 570-253-3240 and accept our invitation to the potluck. You must RSVP and bring a dish to share for this event.
